P4CR aims to provide procurement professionals, as well as other staff in the NHS, with guidance, methodologies and tools to identify and understand the carbon reduction opportunities for their organisation.
Scope 3 can be quantified using the self assessment tool
here. This can be incorporated into targets. However monitoring of trends of scope 3 over time is more difficult.
